You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of trying to hold it all together. Maybe there’s something that keeps showing up and you’re not sure what it is, or how to talk about it. Whether you are a teen trying to keep up, an adult carrying heavy burdens, or a parent doing your best to stay afloat- you’re looking for clarity and connection.
I work with children who struggle with regulating their emotions and expressing how they feel. Through play therapy, kids can express what’s going on inside without having to say it all out loud. In play therapy, I focus on building a safe environment where your child can begin to explore, make sense of their experiences, and form healthier connections with those around them.
I support teens and young adults who feel like they’re constantly falling short- socially, academically, or emotionally. Those who want to feel confident and clear about who they are, but don’t always know how. Using a blend of EFIT, CBT, and narrative therapies, I help teens slow down, explore what matters to them, and start building a life that feels more like their own.
In working with adult clients, I often hear how exhausting it is to keep pushing forward while still feeling stuck in old patterns. Maybe it’s self-doubt, people-pleasing, or a sense that something from the past still has a hold on you. I work from a foundation of attachment and trauma-informed care, integrating EFIT, IFS, and somatic approaches along the way. Through a holistic lens, we focus on what’s been missing- so you can start building a life that feels more grounded to you. "
