Meet Holland:

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of trying to hold it all together. Maybe there’s something that keeps showing up and you’re not sure what it is, or how to talk about it. Whether you are a teen trying to keep up, an adult carrying heavy burdens, or a parent doing your best to stay afloat- you’re looking for clarity and connection.

Play Therapy:

I work with children who struggle with regulating their emotions and expressing how they feel. Through play therapy, kids can express what’s going on inside without having to say it all out loud. In play therapy, I focus on building a safe environment where your child can begin to explore, make sense of their experiences, and form healthier connections with those around them.

Teens & Young Adults:

I support teens and young adults who feel like they’re constantly falling short- socially, academically, or emotionally. Those who want to feel confident and clear about who they are, but don’t always know how. Using a blend of EFIT, CBT, and narrative therapies, I help teens slow down, explore what matters to them, and start building a life that feels more like their own.

Adult Therapy:

In working with adult clients, I often hear how exhausting it is to keep pushing forward while still feeling stuck in old patterns. Maybe it’s self-doubt, people-pleasing, or a sense that something from the past still has a hold on you. I work from a foundation of attachment and trauma-informed care, integrating EFIT, IFS, and somatic approaches along the way. Through a holistic lens, we focus on what’s been missing- so you can start building a life that feels more grounded to you.

Experience/Education:

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Childhood and Family Development from Georgia Southern University. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded while working with clients across a range of concerns. From anxiety and life transitions to complex trauma and grief, I pull from various models to meet each client where they are and create a space that is safe and empowering.
