Meet Holland:
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply exhausted from trying to hold it all together. Maybe something keeps surfacing—and you’re not quite sure what it is or how to talk about it. Whether you're a teen trying to keep up, an adult carrying invisible burdens, or a parent doing your best to stay afloat, you're seeking clarity, connection, and a space where you don’t have to do it all alone.
Child Therapy:
I work with children who have difficulty regulating their emotions and expressing how they feel. Through play therapy, kids can safely communicate what’s happening inside—without needing to put it all into words. I focus on creating a warm, secure environment where your child can explore their experiences, make sense of their feelings, and build healthier connections with the people around them.
Teen & Young Adult Therapy:
I support teens and young adults who feel like they’re constantly falling short—socially, academically, or emotionally. Many want to feel confident and clear about who they are but aren’t sure where to start. Using a blend of EFIT, CBT, and narrative therapy, I help them slow down, explore what truly matters, and begin building a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who they are.
Holistic Therapy:
In my work with adults, I often hear how exhausting it feels to keep pushing forward while still feeling stuck in old patterns. Maybe it’s self-doubt, people-pleasing, or the weight of something from the past that still lingers. I work from a foundation of attachment and trauma-informed care, integrating EFIT, IFS, and somatic approaches along the way. Through a holistic lens, we’ll focus on what’s been missing—so you can begin building a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and truly your own.
Experience/ Education:
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Childhood and Family Development from Georgia Southern University. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded, and I work with clients navigating a wide range of concerns. From anxiety and life transitions to complex trauma and grief, I draw from various therapeutic models to meet each client where they are and create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
