We believe that when the community is equipped with the tools to recognize, to assess, and cope with mental health challenges. Our goal with this event is to empower our community by providing practical resources and support in a fun Fall family environment. Mental health starts with awareness.
This FREE EVENT will FEATURE THE FOLLOWING:

- Mental Health Resources from Local Organization - learn how to get involved!
- Lectures by Mental Health Professionals
LECTURE TOPICS INCLUDE:
1. How to Have the Conversation: Suicide Prevention for Kids & Teens: Learn practical strategies and gain confidence in how to approach and discuss difficult mental health topics with loved ones. 2. Teen Depression, Anxiety, and Cell Phones --- Oh My! : This will offer guidance on navigating the challenges of technology in modern parenting and fostering healthy family attachments. This lecture is aimed towards parents of teens! 3. What Your Child's Behavior is Telling You & How to Teach Emotional Regulation: Gain valuable insights into interpreting your child's actions and understanding what their behavior may be communicating. This is aimed towards parents with smaller kiddos!
