How Therapy Can Help You Reconnect, Understand, and Grow:
Whether you're a parent trying to support your child through big emotions or a partner feeling distance in your relationship, therapy can provide a space to reconnect, explore what’s beneath the surface, and begin meaningful change. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking clarity, deeper connection, and practical tools to move forward with confidence.
Child Therapy:
I help children navigating life transitions, struggling with anxiety, or working to build emotional regulation and self-esteem by creating a safe, supportive space where they can express themselves, develop coping skills, and grow with confidence. Using Child-Centered Play Therapy, I provide a non-judgmental environment for children to explore and process their inner world. I take a systemic approach by involving and supporting parents throughout the process, helping caregivers better understand and meet their child’s emotional needs both inside and outside the therapy room.
Couples Therapy:
I support couples who feel disconnected, unheard, or stuck in painful cycles of conflict. Through Emotionally Focused Therapy, I help partners slow down, express their deeper needs, and truly listen to one another. My goal is to help couples restore trust, strengthen emotional bonds, and rebuild relationships rooted in secure connection and mutual understanding.
Individual & Family Therapy:
I also work with individuals and families navigating major life transitions—whether adjusting to a new role, shifting family dynamics, or managing relational stress. I provide a space for honest reflection and practical growth, helping clients move through uncertainty with clarity and support.
Experience/Education:
I began working clinically in 2023 and am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) licensed in the state of Georgia. I am currently supervised by Dr. Danielle Chen, LMFT, and Erica Gregory, LMFT, with clinical direction from Erin Williams, LMFT. I hold a Master’s degree in Family Therapy from Mercer University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My therapeutic approach draws from Child-Centered Play Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Experiential Family Therapy.
