Meet Caroline:
I help individuals carrying the weight of anxiety reclaim peace, confidence, and a sense of control. If you're stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling overwhelmed by panic, I can help you set healthy boundaries, quiet self-doubt, and move toward a more grounded, empowered life. Whether you're navigating a major transition or simply feeling stretched too thin, you're not alone—and lasting change is possible.
Young Adult & Teen Therapy:
I work with teens and young adults who are navigating identity, building confidence, and processing anxiety or past trauma. Many are facing major life transitions—graduating, starting careers, or adjusting to post-college life—and are seeking clarity and direction. I offer a supportive space to explore who you are, where you're headed, and how to manage whatever life throws your way.
Therapy for Athletes:
I specialize in working with athletes both on and off the field, helping them strengthen their mental game, manage performance anxiety, and develop healthy self-talk and habits. Whether you're navigating a tough season, dealing with superstition or burnout, or transitioning into life beyond athletics, I offer a supportive space to explore who you are—and how you want to show up—in sport and in life.
EMDR Trauma & Adult Therapy:
I support adults navigating trauma, grief, and betrayal. Whether you’re healing from the pain of relational trauma or coping with a significant loss, I use EMDR and parts work to help process and release the emotional weight of these experiences. Together, we’ll work to rebuild a sense of safety, trust, and wholeness—from the inside out.
Experience/ Education:
I am an EMDR-trained therapist who integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a trauma-informed approach to support lasting emotional and mental change. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and am deeply committed to helping clients feel safe, seen, and empowered in the therapeutic process. My style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe healing begins when we feel truly understood and supported.
