Can you help me?: I help individuals who are experiencing the weight of anxiety reclaim peace, confidence, and a sense of control. If you feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or panic and overwhelm, I can help you learn to set boundaries, reduce self-doubt, and move toward a more grounded, empowered life. Whether you're in the middle of a transition or simply feeling overwhelmed, you're not alone, and change is possible.
I work with young adults and teens who are navigating identity, building confidence, and processing anxiety or past trauma. Many are going through major life transitions such as graduating, entering the workforce, or adjusting to post-college life, and are looking for clarity and direction. I offer a space to explore who you are, where you're headed, and how to manage what life throws your way.
I specialize in working with athletes both in and outside of their sport, helping them strengthen their mental game, manage performance anxiety, and develop healthy self-talk and habits. Whether you're facing a tough season, struggling with superstition or burnout, or transitioning into life beyond athletics, I offer a space where you can explore who you are and how you want to show up in sport and in life.
I support adults facing trauma, grief, and betrayal. Whether you’re healing from the pain of relational trauma or navigating a significant loss, I use EMDR and parts work to help process and release the emotional weight of these experiences. Together, we’ll work to rebuild safety, trust, and wholeness from the inside out."
Experience/ Education: I am an EMDR-trained therapist who integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a trauma-informed approach to support lasting emotional and mental change. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University, and I am deeply committed to helping clients feel safe, seen, and empowered in therapy. My style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe healing begins when we feel understood and supported."
