What is Tele-mental Health, and how it can help with CoronaVirus

The short answer is, Tele-mental health is counseling services online. You can use a secure online portal to communicate with your counselor. You can use your tablet, phone, or computer to access this portal. All you need is a private place to talk and the ability to click a link that your counselor will send you prior to your appointment.

If you feel concerned about going into public, or if you have health concerns that inhibit you from going into public and you are needing counseling, we recommend using online services. Currently the CDC is recommending using Tele-medicine and Tele-mental health to decrease the spread of the illness.
