Groups for Children


• Social Skills Group Weekday AM
Practice healthy social skills, learn heathy expectations of relationships, and how to communicate during relationship challenges


• Social Skills Group for Children with DD Weekday AM
Practice healthy social skills, learn healthy expectations of relationships, how to read emotions, how to validate other’s feelings, how to communicate during relationship challenges


• Art Therapy Group Weekday AM
Process emotions with art, practice healthy communication of emotion, learn healthy coping skills, and practice pro-social skills with challenging emotions


Groups for Adolescents


• Healthy Teen Relationships Sunday Afternoons
Learn healthy boundaries in friendship and romantic relationships, practice conflict resolution, healthy dating, managing friendships, managing bullies and friendship loss.


• Survivors of Suicide Weekday PM
For teens 12-18 who have lost a friend or family member to suicide. Gain support, grieve with others who understand, learn healthy and unhealthy thinking patterns, how to find healing and hope.


• Cutting and Self Harm Group Weekday/Weekend TBD
Gain support, learn healthy coping skills, learn how to redirect overwhelming emotion, how to seek support, and learn less risky regulation skills.


Groups for Adults & Parents


• Parent Education and Support Weekday PM
Gain support, learn ways to redirect challenging behavior, understand triggers and use our emotion to help our children, feel understood


• Survivors of Suicide Weekday AM/PM
For adults who have lost a close family member or friend to suicide. Gain support, grieve with others who understand, learn healthy and unhealthy thinking patterns, how to find healing and hope.


• Loss of a Child, Grief Support Group Weekday AM/PM
Gain support, process grief, learn how to communicate with friends and family, healthy expectation of future, positive and negative thinking patterns. Individual and Couples welcome
