Let this blog be a reminder to water yourself throughout the week! Take the time to tune in and become more present with yourself. Sometimes with the hustle and bustle of life, when tend to forget to check-in with ourselves to see if we are doing okay. For some extra help tuning in, I have found a great self-care action plan to help you assess what you need to do. The self-care action plan starts out by asking about what your signs of burnout are. Burnout is a term used to refer to when someone is overall exhausted; symptoms may look like feeling tired, lower immunity, headaches, and muscle pain. Then the worksheet goes into asking about what your stress relievers are, people you go to for support, and helpful reminders. I hope the worksheet helps!
