Reconnecting Couples & Strengthening Relationships:
If you and your partner feel disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck in the same painful cycles, you may be wondering if your relationship can feel close again. I help couples slow down difficult conversations, express emotions safely, and truly hear one another. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), along with Gottman and relational approaches, I work with couples to rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and create more secure, fulfilling relationships.
Supporting Adolescents Navigating Identity & Direction:
Many teens feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are and where they are headed, especially when relationships, family dynamics, or expectations feel heavy. I work with adolescents who are struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, identity, or life direction. Through a supportive and collaborative process, I help teens explore their values, sense of purpose, and emotional experiences while building healthier coping skills. My approach integrates EFIT, CBT, and strengths-based interventions to support growth and self-understanding.
Healing From the Past & Creating a Meaningful Future:
For teens and adults carrying the weight of past experiences, emotional wounds can quietly shape how they see themselves, others, and the future. I work with individuals who want to break free from unhelpful patterns, process relational or developmental trauma, and create a clearer vision for their lives. Using trauma-informed approaches, including EFT, IFS, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I support clients in healing, building emotional resilience, and moving toward lives rooted in meaning and connection.
Experience/Education & Clinical Approach:
I am a Master’s-level Clinical Intern pursuing a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Toccoa Falls College. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and a Doctorate in Christian Counseling. I am also a Certified Life Coach and a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. My clinical work is relationally focused and grounded in evidence-based models, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I am passionate about helping adolescents, couples, and families experience healing, strengthen emotional bonds, and create healthier relational patterns in a safe, compassionate therapeutic environment.
