Specialties:

Women’s Health & Grief I specialize in women-related grief experiences, utilizing training to support women through difficult seasons and relationships, as well as postpartum depression, perinatal grief and loss, and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).

Teens & Young Adults I help teens and college students who feel overwhelmed about the future, are struggling in relationships, or are navigating difficult transitions. I focus on creating a trusting alliance, equip you with ample coping strategies, and use evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT in sessions.

Couples Counseling I work with couples who want to improve communication, manage conflict more effectively, and strengthen their connection. As a Prepare/Enrich Certified Facilitator, I guide premarital and married couples through a research-based assessment and curriculum that addresses core relationship areas such as communication, finances, and parenting. This framework is also beneficial for couples navigating parenting challenges or major transitions.

Experience/Education:

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and offer virtual services to clients in both Georgia and Florida. I am a National Certified Counselor, Certified Grief Therapist, an Associate Professional Counselor in Georgia, and a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in Florida.
