Meet Mandi:
I help individuals navigate traumatic experiences and major life transitions by creating space to process events, express emotions in a healthy way, and move toward meaningful healing. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent families, offering a safe and affirming environment for neurodivergent children and teens to grow, build skills, and explore their identities. I also work closely with parents to help them manage emotional dynamics, daily challenges, and family relationships with confidence and compassion. I provide a non-judgmental and supportive space for people who are healing from spiritual or religious trauma and who want to explore their beliefs, identity, or faith journey in a grounded and authentic way. I am passionate about helping people break through barriers, reconnect with themselves, and build lives that feel mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually aligned. My approach is warm, empathetic, and person-centered. I draw on strengths-based and trauma-informed practices to meet each person exactly where they are and guide them toward their most empowered and authentic self.
Education/Experience:
I have over ten years experience in the counseling field, and another ten years experience, prior to that, in the health promotion field. My master’s degree is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I have worked extensively with families who have kids on the autism spectrum. I have training in CBT/DBT, play therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and faith-based counseling. I am a mother of three - ages 23, 17, and 12.
