Erin is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with couples, individual adults, and adolescents. She loves working with individuals and couples who are ready to take the next steps towards emotional or relational health. This includes working with teens, young adults, and adults for things such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, family relationships, or life transitions, as well as couples who are looking for help due to marital conflict, communication, trust, or infidelity issues. She also enjoys working with engaged couples through premarital counseling.

Erin has received training and supervision in Emotionally Focused Therapy, an approach that focuses on strengthening a couple’s connection and building emotional trust and safety between partners. She is a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and has completed Gottman Level 1. She has also received training in Discernment Counseling, a type of counseling for couples who are uncertain about whether or not to pursue couples therapy or to get a divorce.

Erin earned a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliance Graduate School of Counseling at Nyack College. As a systemically trained therapist, she approaches therapy in a holistic way to help her clients reach their goals both individually and in their relationships. She strives to create a safe space for each of her clients by being supportive, empathetic, and encouraging them towards growth. Erin is supervised by Joel Baker, LMFT.
