COLLEEN RITZ
Masters Level Clinical Intern
Colleen believes that everyone walks a different path, has a unique story, and deserves to be heard and understood. Colleen is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults as they embark on their journey of self-awareness and personal growth through various life challenges and transitions.
As a creative-minded person, she likes to use a variety of approaches such as CBT, Gestalt, and Person-Centered to meet each of her clients exactly where they are. In addition, she believes in the power of fostering a strong therapeutic relationship where she can create a warm, safe space for her clients to feel comfortable and seen in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
Colleen received a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from DePaul University in Chicago in 2017 and will graduate from Antioch University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program in 2023. Her hobbies include hiking with her poodle and husband, trying new restaurants around Atlanta, and traveling – especially to the beach!
