I help families, couples, and individuals by providing a safe and peaceful place for clients to explore their authentic feelings with the long term goal of achieving wholeness and the sense of coming back home to themselves.
I utilize Family Systems Theory and Attachment Theory to bring awareness as clients thoroughly process their feelings with hopes of feeling resolve. I specialize in working with families who are experiencing conflict by assisting them in processing the experienced feelings and working towards bringing awareness to the family system and the way in which the family functions together as a whole. Additionally, I specialize in working with young adults who are experiencing transitions and utilize Attachment Theory to thoroughly process the experienced feelings that come alongside developmentally appropriate life changes.
I work with couples who are experiencing difficulties with intimacy and communication by utilizing EFT techniques with hopes to bring light to the power of connection in the relationship.
I have had the privilege of sitting with clients for three years and am experienced in seeing kids, adolescents, young adults, adults, families, couples, and individuals who are seeking faith-based therapy. I have received training in EFT and attended the EFT Externship in November 2023.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
I graduated from Mercer University School of Medicine in May 2023. Prior to graduating from Mercer, I received my undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Sciences at the University of Georgia.
