"Hi! I’m so glad that you’re here.
Asking for help can be really hard – and I get that! But if you’re here, you’ve already taken the brave first step. Whether you are an individual navigating personal struggles, a couple working to strengthen their relationship, or a parent seeking support for their child, I am here to walk alongside you with empowerment, encouragement, and expertise.
Let’s discover your “why” – together.
I work with individuals of all ages who are looking to overcome the weight of past experiences and develop deeper self-awareness. My approach to individual counseling utilizes psychodynamic methods to explore your personal history, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to break free from unhelpful thought patterns, and emotionally focused individual therapy (EFIT) to help you develop emotional insight and healing. We’ll work together to cultivate understanding, growth, and lasting change.
For couples building (or rebuilding) connection.
Whether you’ve been together for years or you are in the process of preparing for marriage, relationships require intentional care. I help couples restore connection, improve communication, and navigate conflict using techniques from emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and the Gottman method. These approaches help identify attachment needs and disrupt cycles of unhealthy interactions to build a more fulfilling partnership.
Discover healing through the power of play therapy.
Children express themselves best through play. As a therapist trained in play therapy techniques, I support children (ages 3+) facing challenges with emotional regulation, behavioral issues, trauma, and communication. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment in which your child feels understood and empowered."
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
A little about me: I’m a former division one college athlete with a B.S in Biology from Georgia Tech and a M.A in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I’ve obtained training in play therapy and couples therapy, and I am also Level 1 Gottman Method certified. With experience in clinical counseling and behavioral therapy, I bring a well-rounded and compassionate approach to each and every session.
