Masters In Clinical Mental Health Counseling

Alice’s passion includes working with children, adolescents, and young adults, suffering from depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life-transitions, interpersonal challenges and trauma. She enjoys going deep with clients to gain a holistic view of an individuals lived experience. She strives to make everyone feel comfortable and accepted as she works with individuals and children of many cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Alice enjoys helping clients achieve wellness through exploration of goals, acquisition of positive coping, and understanding the influence of childhood events on current functioning. She incorporates Psychodynamic theory, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral interventions, offers Play Therapy, and Internal Family System techniques.

Alice is a Masters Level Counselor, under the supervision of Erica Gregory, owner of Johns Creek and Alpharetta Counseling. Alice received her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health at Northwestern University. She received a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College, with a concentration in child development.
