Erica Gregory

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Erica Gregory is a licensed marriage and family therapist, LMFT, and is the owner of Johns Creek and Alpharetta Counseling for Children and Adults. Erica has practiced counseling as an MFT since 2010, specializing in couples and play therapy with children. Erica has received extensive training in Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy, assists other therapists in learning the model, and has participated in couple's retreats.


Erica works with couples to assist them to become open, attuned, and engaged with each other again. She has vast experience working with couple's who have experienced an affair, trauma, or have grown apart. She has witnessed the anguish of broken relationships and the joy of healed relationships and is passionate about helping you find closeness and connection again.


Erica's private practice also focuses on play therapy with children, specializing with children who have experienced a loss or trauma. As well as parenting support/counseling, especially with parents who have a hard time with different parenting styles. Erica is the owner and clinical director of JCAC and offers supervision to associate level counselors.

Erica is married and has been with her husband for over 12 years. She has two wonderful children ages 2 and 4.

Edward "Andy" Anderson

licensed professional counselor

Edward “Andy” Anderson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC and he owns Healing Path Therapy in Alpharetta, Ga. Andy has been a therapist for 13 years, a couples therapist for 9 years and under supervision by Atlanta’s premier EFT therapist for 5 years. Andy has assisted in training other therapists in the approach, as well as helping with several Hold Me Tight weekends. He is also a lifetime member of the Atlanta EFT community.


Andy focuses his work with couples to help each person feel understood, accepted, and valued by their partner. He believes that human connection is powerful and healing and assists couples to "turn toward" each other rather than turn away. Andy has vast experience with couples and aims to provide a healing experience through this workshop.


His other areas of focus in his practice are addictions, trauma, depression and anxiety. Andy is also a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist and certified hypnotherapist. His past experience includes extensive work with domestic violence offenders, and skills building in areas such as communication, assertiveness, increasing empathy, and anger management. His approach is currently informed by attachment theory, neurobiology, and relational therapies.

Andy is married and has been with his wife for 15 wonderful years. He has two great children ages 20 and 23.
