Join us for a couple's weekend workshop that is effective in reducing relationship distress and helps couples to increase trust and intimacy. Hold Me Tight is an educational program based on the theory and practice of EFT, Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy. It is empirically proven to decrease conflict and increase connection with many different types of couples.
Allow yourself to deepen your connecting experience with a 3 day 2 night marriage retreat in the North Georgia Mountains! A 15 hour couples workshop is wrapped around beautiful scenery and time to explore and discover the trails, the views and each other. The workshop will be hosted at the resort inside Amicalola Falls State Park which is tucked away in mountains of North Ga. Breakfast & lunch, your king room, and the couple's workshop will be included in the cost of the retreat.
